Speaker : Ming-Jie Kuo - Graduated from the department of applied mathematics at NYCU. His research interests are computational geometry and scientific computing.
In this sharing, Ming-Jie will introduce how to perform 3D image morphing via optimal mass transportation and explain how it improves deep learning-base brain tumor segmentation result.
